Creators
When you create an account we store your name, email, and the profile details you choose to publish: display name, username, bio, photo, city and social links. Your email is never shown on your public page.
Visitors
People who open a BiteBio map do not need an account and we do not ask them for personal details. We record anonymous usage events, page views, pin taps, card views, content clicks and reservation clicks, with a random session identifier stored in their browser, plus the referring site. No names, emails or precise location are stored.
Location
"Near Me" uses your device location only while you are on the page, to sort spots by distance. It is never sent to our servers.
Third parties
Maps and place information come from Google Maps Platform. Reservations happen on external booking partners, who apply their own privacy policies once you leave BiteBio. Our database and authentication run on our cloud provider with row-level security so creators can only reach their own data.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your profile and spots at any time from your dashboard, or email us to delete your account and its data.
